What ShopScript AI Is

ShopScript AI is an AI-assisted content creation tool designed for TikTok Shop affiliates. It can generate content ideas, hooks, scripts, selling angles, calls to action, SEO suggestions, filming guidance, and related marketing content based on the product information you provide.

ShopScript AI does not guarantee views, followers, sales, conversions, income, TikTok performance, product performance, or any other business results. Generated content is a starting point, not a promise of success.

Your Responsibility for Generated Content

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and approving any AI-generated content before posting or publishing it. AI output may occasionally contain errors, incomplete information, or suggestions that do not fit your product, audience, or platform.

You are also responsible for making sure your content follows TikTok Shop rules, advertising rules, platform policies, affiliate disclosure requirements, applicable laws, and any product-specific restrictions. ShopScript AI should not be relied on as legal, financial, medical, regulatory, or professional advice.

Acceptable Use

You may use ShopScript AI only for lawful purposes. You must not use it to create unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, misleading, harmful, infringing, or abusive content. We may limit or suspend access in cases of abuse, misuse, fraud, excessive automated activity, attempts to bypass usage limits, or violations of these Terms.

Subscription and Billing

ShopScript AI offers a Free plan and a paid ShopScript AI Pro plan. The Free plan currently includes up to 3 AI content generations per month. ShopScript AI Pro currently costs $24 USD per month and includes up to 100 AI content generations per monthly usage period.

Paid subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. ShopScript AI does not directly store your full payment-card information. Subscriptions continue until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal.

Cancellation takes effect according to your current billing period unless Stripe states otherwise at the time of cancellation. If a subscription is canceled at the end of the billing period, Pro access may continue until that billing period ends.

We may change pricing, plan limits, or features in the future, with appropriate notice where required. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by contacting support@getshopscript.com, subject to applicable law.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for providing accurate account information. You may not share accounts in a way intended to bypass plan limits. We may terminate or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual Property

ShopScript AI's branding, software, interface, prompts, systems, and proprietary features remain the property of ShopScript AI or its licensors. You remain responsible for the content you submit to the service. You may use generated output for your own lawful content and marketing purposes, subject to third-party rights and platform rules.

Limitation of Liability

ShopScript AI is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, ShopScript AI is not responsible for lost sales, lost profits, account penalties, platform enforcement, business losses, or decisions made based solely on generated content.
